AquaSensors
AquaSensors are an innovative online analytical measurement system for water quality and process monitoring and control applications offering reduced equipment and installation costs and improved reliability. Measurements include pH, ORP, contacting & toroidal conductivity, resistivity, dissolved oxygen (ppm & trace ppb), dissolved ozone, drinking water & wide-range turbidity, suspended solids and free chlorine.

The patented DataStick™ measurement system features pre-calibrated plug-in sensor heads that provide 24-bit data and can be calibrated, configured or diagnosed directly from a PLC or computer system. No intermediate analyzer boxes are necessary. AnalogPlus™ sensors and analyzers are used in more conventional analytical measurement applications.

AquaChlor Free Chlorine Sensor and Monitoring System

AquaSensors AquaClear DataStick Turbidimeter
For drinking water turbidity applications, the DataStick uses a pre-calibrated plug-in, optical detector. The DataStick is simply inserted into a sample chamber specifically designed to prepare water for turbidity measurements.

The Orion 1817LL has a limit of detection of 10±5 ppb. Used to monitor boiler water and boiler blow down, the Orion 1817LL is an indicator that could detect costly condenser leaks. A refrigeration unit cools the sample down below 12 °C which enables the sensor to detect chloride at extremely low levels without additional manipulation of the sample. This system includes a new reference electrode, a double junction ceramic frit electrode designed to provide outstanding long term performance; and a chloride sensor known for its superior accuracy at low levels.

Orion 1803 Steam Sample Conditioner

Reduce temperature and pressure of a high pressure steam sample. The Orion Steam Sample Conditioner Sample Panel is a pre-piped assembly that includes all the elements necessary to prepare steam and water samples for accurate and safe on-line analysis.
The 1803 is designed to take a high pressure steam sample (e.g. the process steam used in power plants, paper mills, oil refineries etc.) and reduce the temperature and pressure down to the levels required by our On-Line analyzers. Process steam is used in many industries; it is the analysis of this steam that has made On-Line analyzers so important in the power, paper, petrochemical and other industries.
