Temperature Monitoring

t-scan 200
t-Scan 200 is a proprietary system providing temperature monitoring solutions that can be customised to suit any business - large or small. The t-Scan 200 system has been designed in-house and generates alarms to alert key personnel in the event of refrigeration failure or out of parameter temperature readings. Other system features include automatic email reporting and remedial action input when an alarm is generated, this along with automatic report/graph generation prove due diligence and provide full audit trails for inspection authorities.

The logging utility is set up with all the information relating to temperature thresholds, locations, alarm delays, logging frequency, etc. and once set, runs silently in the task bar. Alarms generated automatically get displayed on screen, and also get sent via the external alarm options setting, if set. The Reports & Graphs Viewer can then be used to display the reports and graphs as required. This report viewer can be set up for use on a LAN network across multiple computers allowing simultaneous access to the temperature data database, with each report viewer generating a different report or graph. Having this split approach makes training on the system easier, as the number of functions to remember has been reduced.

FULLY automated and wireless;
Conforms to food safety and HACCP guidelines;
No downtime on installation;
Unlimited number of monitoring points;
Alarms can be highlighted on screen and can be sent via email/pager/SMS or audio;
Sensors can monitor food temperature or air temperature;
Real time data transfer;
Ability to record and display remedial action response;
Automatic historic report generation;
Produces full audit trail showing due diligence;
Integrates with t-Probe 100;
Customised reports can be programmed for your specific requirement.

Typical small installation
Have 2 to 40* transmitters in one area.
One data Receiver.
Logging Utility, Reports Generator & SQL Database (PostgreSQL v.8.1) all installed on one computer.

* System can support hundreds of transmitters on one receiver.

Small Installation

Typical medium sized installation
Have 2 to 80* transmitters in one area.
One data Receiver.
Signal Boosters (Repeaters) to bring in temperature data from transmitters much further away from the receiver.
Logging Utility & SQL Database (PostgreSQL v.8.1) installed on one computer.
Report Generators installed on other computers on the network for remotely viewing temperature data.

* System can support hundreds of transmitters on one receiver.

Medium Sized Installation

Typical large installation
Have anywhere from 2 to 200* transmitters in one area.
Have multiple areas all interconnected via WAN.
Multiple data receivers each with a LAN Modem send information back to the Logging Utility Controller Computer (LUCC)
LUCC signals alarms as defined.
Various Signal Boosters (Repeaters) positioned in the areas.
Logging Utility Controller Computer controls all the data coming from the various areas and transmits to a dedicated SQL** Database Server.
Report Generators installed on numerous computers on the network for remotely viewing temperature data.

* System can support hundreds of transmitters on one receiver.

** Supported Databases included - Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 & PostgreSQL Version 8.1
