QuadraChem Laboratories (QCL) has been serving laboratory scientists in the UK for more than 25 years, providing innovative products from overseas manufacturers in instrumentation, diagnostics and consumables. Food & Dairy Solutions: QCL provides and supports rapid analytical solutions for food and dairy testing laboratories and processing plants in the UK. QCL is the exclusive distributor of several overseas manufacturers focusing in the area of rapid diagnostic testing:
Laboratory Supplies: Using our large supplier base, we are able to ‘shop around’ on your behalf, ensuring you get your laboratory consumables at the best price possible and allowing us to deliver them within 3 days of an order being placed, many items arriving within 24 hours. Partnerships with equipment manufacturers ensure we can offer virtually any piece of laboratory equipment at very competitive prices.

The Company
QuadraChem Laboratories Limited (QCL) was established in 1981 with the goal of becoming the leading supplier of laboratory equipment in the South-East of England. This goal achieved, QCL’s business diversified into a number of related areas.
QCL began as the South-East of England distributor for Fisher Scientific (formerly Fisons), supplying instrumentation, equipment and consumables to laboratories in many industries. We soon built up a loyal customer base and a reputation for excellent applications support and customer service.
Laboratory supplies remain a core activity. However, in response to the demands of an expanding marketplace, QCL has developed in three other important fields: Analytical Instrumentation, Food & Dairy and Export, all supported by our Service Centre based in Coalville, Leicestershire.
Quality
QCL has always recognised the importance of quality. We gained accreditation to BS5750:Part 2:1987 in September 1992, which was updated to BS EN ISO9002:1994 in May 1995. Accreditation has been achieved for sales, service and manufacturing programmes. In addition to formal quality procedures, we regularly carry out customer surveys in order to update procedures and services in line with customer requests.
